Introduces Asian cuisine, global dishes, pizzas, smoothies, and plating techniques. Sandwich making and drink preparation are also covered.African Culinary Arts (Weeks 6 - 9):
Focuses on indigenous African dishes including local and contemporary breakfasts, appetizers, pepper soups, and indigenous soups from different regions (East, South, West, North). The curriculum also includes indigenous drinks, popular rice and bean dishes, small chops, and top dishes from neighboring African countries, alongside seafood cuisine and grilling techniques.Restaurant and Business Skills (Week 10):
